    Hotel front desk Receptionist

    工资17/h   Full time/ Part time


    主要职责:

    – 负责接待酒店前台,包括接待客人、解答疑问、登记入住和确认离店等;

    – 确保酒店前台的整洁和有序,同时保持良好的服务质量;

    – 负责维护酒店前台的设备和设施,如有故障或需要维修,及时通知相关部门处理;

    – 协助部门完成其他工作任务,如协助客房服务员完成客房打扫等工作;

    – 遵循公司的相关政策和规定,确保酒店前台工作的顺利进行。

    – Responsible for reception of hotel front desk, including receiving guests, answering questions, check-in, and check-out, etc.

    – To ensure that the front desk of the hotel is clean and orderly, while maintaining good service quality;

    – Responsible for maintaining the equipment and facilities at the front desk of the hotel, if there is any malfunction or need to be repaired, timely inform the relevant departments to deal with;

    – Assist the department to complete other work tasks, such as assisting the room attendant to complete the room cleaning and other work;

    – Follow the relevant policies and regulations of the company to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel front desk.

    – 工作热情,具有良好的沟通能力和服务意识,能够礼貌地与客人沟通;

    – 具备妥善解决各种问题的能力;
