    理想的候选人是一个人力资源方面多面手,他/她负责整个招聘和入职流程、人力资源战略的落地、以及员工关系的日常处理。代表美国公司与中国总部有较多的合作与沟通,协助落地人力资源项目,包括但不限于:本地化培训、人才能力体系搭建、人才发展通道等等。

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    Human Resources Manager is a strategic partner who promotes and implements human resource policies by planning and managing human resources programs and directing and leading staff. The Human Resources Manager will oversee the daily workflow of the department and lead the routine functions of the Human Resources department.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

    • Develops and delivers organization strategies and initiatives to establish human resources objectives in line with company objectives.

    • implements human resources strategies to establish department policies for talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention, AA/EEO compliance, and labor relations.

    • manages human resources operations by recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation; determining production, productivity, quality, and customer-service strategies; designing systems; accumulating resources; resolving problems; implementing change.

    • Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analyzing information and applications.

    • Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.

    • Ensure legal compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations by studying existing and new legislation, anticipating legislation, enforcing adherence to requirements, and advising management on needed actions.

    • Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.

    • Updates job knowledge by participating in conferences and educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.

    • Support HR Generalists and other staff as needed.

    ESSENTIAL SKILLS

    • Extensive knowledge of Human Resources policies and systems

    • Knowledge of effective and best practices for employee relations

    • Thorough and current knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations

    • Excellent verbal and written communication

    • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

    • Proficient or familiar with HRIS and talent management systems

    • Advanced decision making and problem solving skills

    • Able to interface with all levels of management

    • Pragmatic, analytical, good at prioritization and delegation

    • Energetic, able to work in a high-pressure environment

    EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS

    • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field

    • Experience working in multi-cultural diverse environments preferred

    • Able to work in a fast paced, constantly evolving work environment

    • Excellent English language knowledge, both written and oral

    • Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
